Lunch and Learn

In an ongoing effort to provide additional avenues for advancement staff to engage with each other and have opportunities for professional development, Talent Management created a Lunch and Learn series. Lunch and Learn are held during lunch hour and provide advancement staff the chance to listen and learn from colleagues and guest speakers. This professional development series aims to provide Advancement staff with the tools needed to grow their career. 

Employee Engagement Group

University Advancement’s engagement group is comprised of volunteers from all units within University Advancement. The group’s purpose is to provide recommendations to leadership and implement programs to improve areas that can lead to greater employee engagement and retention, such as professional development, communication, and recognition. The group, with the support of University Advancement leadership, strives to continue making University Advancement a great workplace!
