Talent Acquisition and Management 

The Talent Acquisition team operates under the DAE Administration and services all entities under DAE.

Talent Management is a strategic partner, offering quality service through talent acquisition initiatives, onboarding plans, learning and development opportunities, and employee engagement. Talent Management seeks to attract, retain and engage top talent, producing a culture that embodies the UCR principles of community and the UCR values of accountability, respect, integrity, and excellence. Talent Management is a strategic approach to managing the DAE’s most valuable asset, employees.
